NHS Milton Keynes CCG is supporting Experience of Care Week 20 - 24th March, which asks patients and professionals to share experiences of care and is supported by NHS England.
Claira Ferreira, Patient Experience Lead at NHS Milton Keynes CCG, said: “We want everyone to have a positive experience of health services in Milton Keynes. Listening to the experience of patients, carers and staff can help us to improve local health services and how people experience them”
Between 20th and 24th March patients and carers are urged to share their experiences of NHS healthcare services in Milton Keynes – what was good/not so good – in a number of different ways. Experiences can be shared anonymously.
