Here you will find the following screening tools and referral forms for young people's substance misuse:

• The VSA (solvent) screening tool – which can be used to identify if a young person is using solvents and to what level they are using solvents.
• The CRAFFT screening tool – some of our local schools and partner agencies already use this tool to screen young people to see if they are eligible for a referral to Compass and find the tool useful.

Information sharing programme for GP IT

Age UK Milton Keynes is starting a Memory Club for older people in the early stages of dementia. The club will give people the opportunity to enjoy social interaction in a friendly, supportive environment and take part in gently stimulating activities.
